cant get in except from at work.

cant get in except from at work,where I have not logged off. I have fogotten
my password and verizon has imposed a new e-mail address upon me and I can no longer recieve e-mails at my registerd address.Please help [email protected] formerly [email protected]

I have tried to contact admin before but with got no response or not one that could get to me

I`m not sure what you mean "PM" but this account is what I can not open from any other computer except this one at work and even at this one I can not edit my own profile without the password that I can not recall.
