Just wondering if the 2011 xd comes standard woth an immobilizer or is it an optional add-on, and how can you tell your xd have one?

I believe that they are standard, but I'm not sure how to tell.

I was told by my dealer it was an add-on and was charged extra. I'll have to check with other dealers and see what's really going on.

check your owners manual. It should have that in there.
