The leather bras will mess up your paint. Kinda like a bedliner in a pickup.

Yep, dirt and dust will get behind the cover which mean in time the cover basically becomes a big sheet of fine grit sand paper. A clear bra can be left on forever with no damage to the paint.

Usually a typical auto parts store will carry them. I checked Advance Auto online they seem to sale one for $34.99.
