Your sensors may not fit those wheels which is why they didn't put them on. TPMS sensros are not universal to all wheels. if the mount angle of the TMPS is different then the angle the mounting point calls for then it will not fit. You may have to buy new sensors then pay to have the tire broken down to install them and then remount the tire and if shop cant do it then you have to go to toyota to program the TPMS system with the new sensors and the dealer will charg you about $75 to do that if you have the serial numbers and all for the sensors. add in the cost of the break down of tires and reinstall which will probably be about $50 a tire your looking at almost $300.
OR you can just ride without them and ignore the light which I do since I changed my rims.

If you want you may convert to a band setup which is what Ford uses...or just ignore the light and check your AP regularly.

Another work around I've heard people doing was getting a capped pvc pipe, putting a nipple on the other cap, throwing the tpms in there, gluing it together, and filling it to pressure after it dries. Of coarse you would need to keep the canister in your car. Meh, whatever works.

Nah, you should be fine. Here's some info, http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/pvc-cpvc-pipes-pressures-d_796.html
That's why people use them for potato canons.
