I thinking on selling the xD at the first of the year with only one income paying the bills things are starting to get tight and talks of layoffs at work its not looking good. I hate to but you gotta do what ya gotta do.

If you are making payments to Toyota Financial, call them up. They have a program that will allow you to not pay your monthly payment for up to 2 months. You will still have to make up the payments you missed at the end of the loan, but they will give you this "grace" period and not penalize you for a missed payment(s).

Toyota would rather have you pay later than not pay at all. They know that with the economy the way it is, many people are facing tough times and are having trouble making ends meet. Some car companies will simply re-posses your car for not making the payments. TFS is at least willing to provide this option if needed. :worthy:

I would wait until you get to that point where you know for certain that will not be able to make the payment though. If you jump the gun on it and everything is fine your just paying your loan for longer than necessary...
