Been looking around for some darker then legal tint and all of the places in the local area are charging $180+ for a basic tint job. Had a few local guys I use to be able to call but they are not in town anymore. My dexterity is poor at best and while I can stick IV's all day long I cannot cut a straight piece of tint to save my life. So last night I discovered this awesome thing called precut tint on E-bay and for $25 on average it seems like a great deal. I was wondering has anyone dealt with a particular ebay or online retailer they would recommend?

90% of all tinters use precut tint. if you think you have the skill to apply it bubble free then by all means go for it. $180 for 5% isnt that outrageous of a price for a random shop to charge a random person.

i paid $250 i think for my car but that included the windshield. most shops who are willing to do a windshield will charge a minimum of $125 just for that.

The local shop here charged me $130 for the sides and rear (no windshield) for 30% tint all around... and they cut their own film from a big roll, it was not precut. They did do a very good job of it, not a single bubble anywhere, I'm very happy with it.
