R.S.1 wheel bearing?

Anyone experience issues with bad wheel front bearings? the wife's got an '09 R.S.1 and its making an awful noise at the fron end, seems to get worse as speed increases.

nothing wrong with my 08. we need to be more careful with the roads. parts are being manufactured at a much cheaper price even if they sell for the same price.
