Resolve 04-18-2010 11:20 AM

JDMJim 04-19-2010 11:07 AM

Coming from realcamber makes it even better

Resolve 04-20-2010 10:41 PM

I can't wait to see pics

Cylon_xD 04-21-2010 08:57 AM

SO can someone please explain what this camber does to the tires, they must really wear unevenly then, do they not? Or are the wheels also toed-in a bit to offset the wear or something?

JDMJim 04-21-2010 09:33 AM

as i posted, using these shims would allow you to run a wider/lower offset than normal. but since there are about two xD's using really wide/low offsets, we'll see where it goes. if toe is corrected, the wear won;t be that bad. i still wonder at what drop the toe IS corrected

Resolve 04-21-2010 09:42 AM

Ok camber alone will not necessarily eat through the tires any quicker (depending on amount) but in correct toe will eat through the tires more. The cool thing about realcamber.com is their xb shims were able to do up to a -5 degrees without and major wear because the shims also helped keep the toe within tolerances.

If you look on the realcamber.com website they have an aligment sheet showing the results and it you look everything is within normal tolerances except the camber and the -3degree shims actually gave like -4 degrees.

Again since the toe and all is still in tolerances the tires will not eat through tires that much faster than normal. Plus it can/will help with cornering.

Hope that helps

I hope they do I am working on the wife letting me get some. I think I can persuade her. I just really want these to help with the looki want to go with

Cylon_xD 04-21-2010 10:10 AM

OK, well gee, I really could use these all the way around, all 4 of my tires scrape the wheel well liners at the lip over any little dip... I've got a bit too much offset for the height I'm sitting at...and I don't want to buy new wheels again, already my second set.

Resolve 04-21-2010 11:45 AM

Well the camber plates would only be for the back. In the front you would need camber bolts and you can get those to do -2 degrees

dancar420 04-21-2010 06:47 PM

well hello everyone. yes the rumors are true. there will be camber for the xD. realcamber is my site and doings lol. I have these things dialed in really good. you guys wont be disappointed with these things. my camber has been on the market for over 2 years now and counting. and still the best out there. here is a little preview of them.

also I dont know if I can get a gauging intrest thread or just do it here. anyone who is interested in these can post here if they want. or if I need to make a new thread thats fine too. until I can get a paypal button setup for these we can do it on this site. I am still changing a couple of things also on these. and the set I am working on will be done this friday prolly. so after I try these ones out again I will start production of these things really soon

newagestar 04-21-2010 06:56 PM

dan ill send you a pic of the xd after dumped on coilovers .and ill check and see if the toe stayed or changed. so far tire wear isnt showing anything yet but the trip to az will be its biggest test. ill keep u posted

dancar420 04-21-2010 07:13 PM

katchkillah 04-21-2010 09:04 PM

dancar420 04-21-2010 09:51 PM

well I might make spacers too. if that even helps lol

xDizzle 04-21-2010 10:09 PM

how much do the cost??

dancar420 04-21-2010 10:47 PM

not sure as of yet. cause I havent got the full cost of having them made. but prolly going to be like $180 to $160 shipped and paypal included

Resolve 04-22-2010 08:29 AM

TheLittleDeviant 05-01-2010 04:39 PM

I most likely will be looking to pick up a set as well, although it wont be used on my xD, but instead the new tC I am grabbing, also spacers would be pretty nice too...

newagestar 05-03-2010 10:04 PM

dancar420 05-04-2010 07:41 PM

I MAYBE ready in as soon as a couple of weeks to get a set if and when they are ready. just need to know more exact price.

I may have enough after my bonus to get a set after I set aside some for other bills.
