So I found this really cool place that lets you design logos and download them for free!

i have no idea lol.. instead of getting the code i highlighted it and uploaded it to photobucket and posted the pic from there...so i didnt have to sign up

I like that setup there.

I also like this, but have it as a none cut out theme.

when u go to see the image right click and save it to ur computer, then upload it to photobucket and take the 3rd link and post it here...

Nice!!!!! I need to look through there. Alot there would be cool to have on a car ;)

most are fonts i use and made sure not hard to weed in vinyl. lol.

I just thought of something that might look really good for the logo. We could put a few pictures of our own cars alongside the "ScionXDForum.com logo, similar to the image at the top of the page. Just an idea, instead of having cars that no one owns, we could have some of our own up there!

Not sure how to incorporate pictures into the image, any ideas?

Photoshop y0. Want me to get on it I can... but I request that my xD be one of the ones up there. Just sayin'.

I just pulled random images from users that have uploaded... that and it was really what came up after I hit refresh on the main site that show random images. Plus some of the skin a scion images from the competition that was on DA.

Let me know what you think! I can edit size and change images around if you want it to be banner sized like the current one is... but it would take away from some cars... it's up to you guys, I can do whatever... but I only do a little dabbling in photo editing... if someone else is a pro at this kind of thing feel free to step up cause I am a beginner at best.

LOL... just something I threw together in about 2 hours. Fairly easy to do, just gotta have the resources.

I am really feeling the look of graffiti styled lettering for the vinyls, that would look good on the windows.

Chris you seem to have a good handle on this. I would say to keep experimenting with the ideas you have presented, and maybe we can have a vote when we get enough ideas from you and everyone that puts in a design.

I could make up several different things.

The only thing is it needs to be thinner, almost the same size as the banner we have now. Can you do something like this? HOw about taking a few cars, the url text and cutting them out with a white background so it fits the existing one for now?

White BG? lol... too easy, would make it easier if it was black or something... But I'll work on it.

i can try more things but since my last OSX update my pen tablet is being an arse and some settings won't save. so been doing lot's of work via the mouse.:sad72:

Katch's isnt bad but can we tone down the extra colors?
as for the vinyl, can someone do sometype of outline of an xD and include that with the graffiti writing somehow? kinda like how infinity had the commercials with the FX where it was an outline of the car only...

rofl, what no colors in graffiti? jus' playing. that was my only artwork i could find last night. but i'll try more later this week or if not try sneak um at work.

hey, if anyone wants to incorporate this xD outline into their design, maybe for a vinyl window decal like I was working on, you're welcome to it, I have it in a high res image about 4000 x 2000 pixels, so I can scale it down to any size you need and send it to you... I was envisioning putting the scionxdforum.com text across the body of the outline, but have the text stick out on either side of the outline image by an inch or two... would be good for a one- or two-color window decal... I just don't have the proper editing software or fancy fonts to work with this any further...

^^^ outline is good on that guy Troy, maybe skip on the windows? That way it is just the outline of the xD? Then some graffitti styled text and we have out vinyls.
