Heads up: price reduced on NT03 on Tirerack

Tirerack just reduced the light weight NT03 (17 inch) on their site to about $160 (regular price $260). I find this to be a GREAT deal as these wheels have that MAT technology for forged-like strength without the high price. no, i'm not a TR rep. if i had the funds right now i'd be on the phone with my credit card!!!! @$%^&*>??!!

as a comparo, Fujin 17x7.5 are 17.5 lbs ($175), and RPF-1 17x8 are 15.5 lbs ($215+). you following me on this???

specs: enkei nt03
17x7.5 +35

weight: 16.8 lbs

fuq, i'd buy these and get them powdercoated a custom color!!
then i'd pair them with 19 lb continental DW tires for a total of 35.8 lbs per corner----that's almost a 10 lb weight reduction from the OEM setup!!!! sheeeeyet i need to win the lottery.

Wow, if I didn't just buy new wheels I would jump at this.

wait a minute. i went to enkei's website and for that wheel the closest size is the 17x7.5 +37 for the 5x114.3 lug pattern. THAT weight is listed at 18.5 lbs. Tire rack i think has had a few incidents of listing inaccurate weights. I'm guessing the TRUE weight is closer to 18 lbs. So, not as light as thought initially, but at the price it's still the cheapest Enkei with MAT forge-like strength.
