Possible defective paint on hatch/spoiler.

Over the past several months I have noticed brown spots/specs on the back of my car getting bigger and bigger. Now I actually had a piece of paint on the spoiler flake off on my finger. I have one more free oil change coming up this week and I'm going to see what the dealer can do. Is their any certain term used for this kind of a problem?

I have just noticed this as well on my car. Maybe we notice it because of our paint color. It sticks out like a sore thumb against the white.

I haven't noticed anything on the Nautical Blue Metallic at all, but I still have to get my hatch repainted anyway - after two accidental run-ins with my overhead garage door closing on the hatch when I had it open in the garage, lol!

Has anyone been to the dealership yet? Isn't our paint under a 60 month warranty?

it's not the paint or Scions problem. it's just crap the is in the air and gets on your car when your driving.
