Grille paint?
 

Hello all,
I have a 2008 metallic nautical blue xD.
I was wondering if it would totally ridiculous to get a set of grilles and paint them with a metallic blue before putting them on....any thoughts or paint suggestions?

Not totally ridiculous if that is what you want. But just make sure you prep the grills prior to painting so the paint will adhere. Would you be buying new grills to replace the stock grills or just painting the stock grills. UNless you want to have stock parts to change back in future I would say no reason to muy new grills.

I would like to keep the original grills to go back to stock eventually. I was thinking of getting a set of the mesh ones.

how tho idk whats holding it in, it looks like 2 clips but idk how to get it out?

There are multiple clip spots all around the grills. It is easier to remove the grills if you remove the bumpers.

Personally I don't like the look of the front bumper without the grills. But that is me.
