Simple changes I can do to the inside?
 

Anything simple or easy to do like I've been reading about changing the LEDs inside. Anyone have a good video or guide?

Check youtube for how to videos and you will pleased to know all the interior lenses can popped off with just a simple pry bar with a flat tip. A flat head screw driver can be used too but you might want to wrap the end in tape to prevent chipping.
