Newbie question about stock alloy wheel
 

Hi group, I'm new - been a Scion owner for about 12 hours

Question: if I'm not mistaken the factory steelies and alloy wheels are both 16-6 size correct? If so, if I purchase the OEM alloy wheels can I just transfer the tires, tire pressure sensors, and lug nuts from my steelies?
