only $1900? the engine itself can be parted out for a good $5000. (the engine was fine, it even ran and was drivable on flat tires)

well hopefully it will either be parted and spread out to all us owners over the years, or its rebuilt and sees the roads again.

5k for a parted out engine, wow these 1.8's are over priced.

at least that. for an entire engine from scion/toyota factory, is almost $9000

^wow, you guys are way overpaying for these things, I just priced a new in box long block for 2500 w/shipping and warranty.
