LOL, You needn't appologize
I had to stop and see if I was going the right way, too ! I was turning the bolt (or should I say Trying to) counter clockwise from the bottom. Since it didn't budge, I tried short bursts of tightening and again loosen, and no dice. The head is showing the impact efforts but it does NOT MOVE I was not sure if there was something else I needed to do befoe those bolts came loose. I'm stumped.
