i wanted to do the same thing. i never bought it, but i did find one on line. the plate holder is attached to a threaded piece of metal rod. the metal rod screws into your front bumper where your tow hook goes. i think its pretty reasonable on price too. id like to get it, i just havent gotten around to it.
