Lightbulb how about..more hp+++
i just got a xd,from the auction for 3200 ..im thinking of swapping my k20 from my rsx type s that got totaled from the rear end ..ive done swaps before and i got everything to do it ..what do you guys think ill post pics of my new xd ..

First of all, you got the xD for $3200? Damn, what kind of condition was it in? That's a steal...I say you definatley do some kind of engine swap...

hmm..well im finally back and as for the condition of my car its really good i got a really good deal.it runs and drives , just a lil noisy inside the car when im on the highway.. i got no air-bags ...lol
i have installed hid 10k ,Phillips daytime driving light extreme blue,window visors..will post pics tomorrow morning need some sun..
as for the damage on my car i needed a new front bumper, windshield and hood..and paint its back to factory condition..

For the price you paid, I would get a quick dis-connect steering wheel (forget the airbag), order a body kit, get a carbon fiber hood, fix the windshield, drop it on some DF210's or Tein's and get a set of wide a$$ wheels...You would still be under $10K...

Lol I'm aware of pricing means sky is the limit but can't find the demensions of the motor to compare with the space under the hood lol

if you like one of the vented styles, sure, if youre gonna paint an oem cf hood body color theres no point not to just get a factory hood though.

i dont know, our hood is way too small for there to be any kind of noticeable weight savings from a carbon fiber variant, then theres getting all the mounting correct plus the added flimsiness and reduced durability of fiberglass/CF vs OEM

I'd only do it to get a pretty vented one or if my car was white for the panda look or black for the OEM+ look

its a 2010 scion xd and yes i got it for 3200 plus tax n title...extremely good deal ..as for the engine it runs excellent and smooth ,but just not fast enough for me..
