To give you a more complete answer regarding two short throw shifters would be this example.

As an example, lets say stock front to back shift distance is 10".

Axxtion STS.............................................10 " x 54% reduction = 4.6"

Console STS.............................................10 " x 30% reduction = 7"

Console STS and Axxtion STS........................7" x 54% reduction = 3.2"

Length of Throw ÷ 2 = Force To Push Lever x 2

If you are running two 30% reduction shifters. One will give you a 30% reduction and the second will be a 30% reduction of the first

100 * (30%) = 30
100 - 30 =70
70 * (30%) = 21
70 - 21 = 49

Two 30% Short Throw Shifters will give you a 51% reduction

Axxtion Short Throw Shifter xA, xB-1, xB-2, TC, Corolla S 2.4, Matrix 2.4
54% throw reduction
Shortest throw and lowest price of any production short throw shifter made in USA.

Correct Phone Number (714) 635-1700
