Default maintenance light?
Does anyone know how to turn off the maintenance light after changing the oil

theres a step by step in your owners manual in the maintenance section, i dont remember exactly how it goes offhand, but its a little button/key turn dance. If you cant find it i'll check it out later and post it

I believe it needs to be set to trip b, turn off car, hold button, start car and it should blink then turn off.

Needs to be set to trip-A. The manual is wrong.

Don't need to start the car... just set it to trip-A, turn the key off, hold the mode button, turn the key back on (still holding the mode button). You'll see a line of dashes that will disappear one at a time. When they are gone, let go... done!
