well if you want it to be flush that all depends on your wheel and tire specs, but coilovers are the way to go, dont waste your time with lowering springs just pony up and go straight to coilovers

ditto! i'm on my second set of lowering springs and still want to be about an inch lower or so. i started with TRD springs and then swapped them out to the Teins. I really wish i would have just started with the coilovers. i'm happy with how my car rides and sits, dont get me wrong, but i could always go a lil bit lower. plus if you go with the coilovers you can adjust your height to exactly how you want it.

i would go coils personally. ive owned lowering springs but i will probably never buy them again. and if your gonna use lowering springs its "recommended" to change shocks as well. if you did that then just spend the extra hundred or two for coils.

like everyone else said, lol, coilovers.

had them on my xD when i had it and got my car how i wanted it. and the person that i gave my coils to when i sold the car has her car set up now.

the adjustability does wonders for setup. i gotta say that my xD was one of my favorites (obviously lol) , and hers is my all time favorite. neither one would have pulled off the look on springs.
