Default K&N cold air on an auto?
Is putting a K&N cold air intake on an automatic XD worth it? I've read you get about +5 horsepower at 5000 rpms. Thoughts?

For the cost of the K&N I would have to say no.

Just go to Checker Auto and get the Spectre short ram...I have this one (as well as several other people) and for the money it's hard to beat...

Look into the DC Sport model, they go for around $150 and are a true CAI. If your area does experience flooding condition on a regular basis then you might want to consider a short ram model to avoid pulling water into the engine.
