Default engine bay cleanup?
Decided to take the plastic shield off the engine but I would like to clean up the wiring a bit.
Anyone done anything to their engine bay to make it look cleaner?
Pics and what you did would be great.

Well, what i used to do on my Spec V was, just use a regular degreaser on the block, heads, and anything else like that. for hoses and wiring, use something like Armor-All tire shine. any black hoses, wires, or smooth plastic, just make sure you wipe it down with water and a fiber cloth first. if i had pics, i would post em up, but im in the middle of trying to get rid of this spec v and get me a 2010 xD.

I think he meant like loom and less clutter...I would love to do this too...I want to remove my plastic cover, polish the metal cover, and pretty it up by removing the clutter and tidying the wiring...

and i painted the intake manifold(i hated the plastic look) and if you look hard at it i relocated both fuse boxes and the ecu(under the dash now)and im gonna repaint the valve cover wrinkle coat red. im vary inspired buy honda engine bays. if anybody has questions just ask
