Default Scion 08 XD W/Pioneer Stereo Wiring
I'm Not sure if there is anyone here who likes to tinker with electrical wiring projects, but this info might help someone troubleshooting electrical problems.

THIS WIRE IS FUSED AT 25 AMPS
Ignition 1 PINK (+) IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter 1 BLACK (+) IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
THERE ARE TWO BLACK WIRES - TEST TO BE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TWO WIRES AND THEN POWER THEM BOTH FOR REMOTE START.
All Door Trigger PINK (-) AT FUSE PANEL BEHIND DRIVERS SIDE OF DASH
TO AVOID DOMELIGHT DELAY USE INDIVIDUAL DOOR TRIGGERS AND DIODE ISOLATE EACH WIRE

so If I want a light to turn on and dim with the radio I would tap into these wires?

From what's listed I would expect, that'd be the case.
However, I'd verify before making any wiring changes/projects.
I can tell the "Hmmm I can do that....." light just went on inyour head tho, uh...... LOL
